Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Staff was just ok. Location was not what I was expecting from the website.

So-so

It was ok, but I will pick a different hotel next time. That don’t let you check in until 4. The room was clean but the hallway smelled really bad. They didn’t serve breakfast. The price is too high for what you get.

Didn't honor reservation & had to evacuate

We reserved a King room and got stuck in a 2 full sized room. Not cool at all. The girl.at the counter was rude and unhelpful. The fire alarm went off the morning we were to check out at 6am so we got to evacuate into 30 degree, wondy weather after having gambled until late. The fire department said "this happens all the time here. They need to fix thier fire detection system". The entire stay was extremely disappointing. Would not recommend staying here.

Kick down the door and evacuate

Door literally had to be kicked several times to get it to open. The fire alarm goes off on a regular basis according to other guests, this happened two nights in a row during my stay. Once at 10p and once at 12am. The staff and room were fine though and had it not been for the door and fire alarms this would probably have been a good hotel. I however will not be staying here again.

It was good besides the people across from us who let their children run up and down the hall early in the am and jump all night then the adults had a loud conversation with a person they just met in the hall when other people didn’t wanna hear all what they were saying it was annoying but when they were gone it was so peaceful.

Could have been better.

It was just an ok stay. The lobby and hallways had a smell that we didn't like so we didn't know what to expect from the room but the room was clean with no smell and looked freshly painted. Shower curtain in the bathroom was kind of dirty as well.as the carpet, looks like it could use an upgrade but otherwise good. I was woke up the next morning out of a deep sleep from a fire alarm that went off from someone smoking in 1 of the rooms which was rather irritating. Signs clearly say no smoking. Didn't have many choices on Hotels.com for rooms so we took what we could get. I would only stay there again if it was the only hotel that i had as an option.

This is a basic room with necessary amenities. It is not fancy but simple and clean.
