Best stay we loved it

It was amazing and they didn’t have the room we wanted but accommodated us with free breakfast. They had great customer service!

we had to pay to park our car at the hotel

Our stay was comfortable.... I have Never had to pay for parking at a hotel that I am staying!!!!

Good but ridiculous you pay for parkig.

My stay was great! The bartendars were amazing , our issue is we paid $300 for one night and then told we gotta pay $15 for parking like seriously!! It wasnt covered or garage parking not like it was being closely monitored by security then even have signs saying not responsible for your car , so why the heck am i paying for parking!! Its just another way to make money off the guest smh !!

Nice hotel but I won’t stay there again

The hotel was nice, but they only had 1 elevator working. There were no towels in my room & I couldn’t get any until the next morning because they were not answering the phones at the front desk or guest services & this was at 6pm in the evening.

Amazing

Quick and easy. Stay was amazing but internet didn’t work on the 17th floor (has 18 floors) even with paid internet option. Wouldn’t mind staying again but internet is a downside for me.

Overall we had a great experience staying at this property. however, the front-desk associate who assisted at the check-in was very cold in his approach. He sounds like reading a script and doesn't make any eye contact when talking to you. Not warming at all. We were just another guest in room 523. But the property itself is amazing. Another note about the breakfast. Very basic. It would be worth investing a bit more on variety and quality within the breakfast food.

Do not ever stay at this hotel WORSE experience

This was the worst experience ever, the beds, linens, towers had hairs in them i have pictures to prove, everyone had bad stink attitude, stelana the manager lied to us on several occasions. I had called un advance to make sure the room was cleaned well Because of my asthma stelana was angry due to my request and said it would be done it was never done. I said the needed the sheets changed only one bed was changed, the girl had an attitude and didnt change both bed sheets, noone at front desk answer the phones. They promised to change the 2nd bedsheets n never did we had to sleep in the filthy sheets until the next day and the next day the sheets of both beds were changed. We had to pay for parking and breakfast. This was a nightmare of an experience my asthma had flared.
