I reserved my room early on in the day, when I got to the hotel later that night (since check in was at three and I got there around 6 they already withdrew the money from my account which is normal) the person who was Infront of me told the front desk worker they did not have a reservation, checked in (which took 32 minutes to check them in) and then I let the front desk worker know I was there for my reservation. She told me that no more rooms were available so I was out of luck. I asked why the person who was Infront of me had taken a room then when they said they did not have a reservation but I did. She continued to mention “first come first serve” though I had a room RESERVED and it was already paid for. I asked her how I could get a refund she rolled her eyes and got on the phone with whom I’m assuming was her manager and proceeded to laugh on the phone for a little under five minutes. She told me “go through your app. I need to help the next customer”. I called hotels.com in the lobby, and heard the next person in line mention they also did not have a reservation and still got a room. Terrible customer service, unfair customer service, slow, ignorant, and will never attempt to stay here again. 0/5 stars

They took my money and didn’t allow me to get my stay worth.

It is a dog friendly hotel so it is a lot of dog barking though out your stay. Also front desk clerk has terrible customer service. A customer asked her do they allow the dogs to bark all night and she told her she made no sense that this was a dog hotel and she can go somewhere else rudely. Not sure what a dog hotel is but I won’t be returning. Got to my room the entire floor was soaking wet from just being mopped. Kids had to stay on the bed until someone come and dry mop it. Then we still had to wait until it completely dried.

Everything costs extra. I’ve never been to an extended stay place where they charge for cooking utensils, pots, etc. if I had known, I would’ve stayed elsewhere. There was no coffee machine in the room either. Also if you’re traveling with a pet, it will cost you. Best to call ahead and confirm the price.

The staff is great friendly and helpful Make you feel like family

Was able to see the room before I paid. The room was very clean as well as the hotel overall. Secured building was a plus.

This place is a rip off u will get charged if u smoke in your car and go up to your room and it’s smells like smoke even if not smoked in

I will never stay here again. As I've stated in multiple reviews of this place, the only good thing was the price. But then they added pet charges on top of that.

I have to pay for the pot and pans to use the kitchen? Really? I wished that was clearer before booking. ( Disclaimer might help)** The clerk was rude and did not or was not inclined to provide proper explanation of house rules. Remote control for TV was missing. Got a replacement but it did not work either. I didn't bother beyond that and went to sleep.

The room was cleaned upon arrival. The manager is rude and harassing, the rest of the staff are pleasant. As a travel nurse I've basically lived in extended stays for years, paying thousands of dollars for them. I expect at the very least pleasantness. This is the worst. The only thing good is the price. This is the first place I've stayed where you can hear everything through the walls. They charge $10 for a one place setting of dishes, and if course others. So bring your own or plan a trip to Walmart.
