Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Jacksonville I-95 South, FL

Bathroom had not been cleaned. Shower had old used soap and shower curtain and walls were not clean. Hotel said they would credit our card 1 night for this and also offered to move us to another room. It was easier to clean the shower then to pack back up and move to another room.

Pool was green with trash floating in it. Gym was closed. The room I booked for $95 was online afterwards for $69

My biggest concern is that the AC system had obviously not been cleaned for quite some time. It blew smelly- musty and dusty air out strongly out of the system. How can I be assured it was not a Covid pit of germs? (Now I am sick).

The mattress needed to be replaced but overall it was good.

I expected so much more from this hotel. I booked a 2 queen bed room, and the beds were full-sized. The room smelled like old feet and the bathroom was nasty looking to the point where I didn’t want my feet to touch the floor of the shower. I showered with my crocs on. My kids and I were very uncomfortable, and I’ll NEVER book here again. I pulled all the Covers from the beds to check for bugs before we laid down, gladly I didn’t see any, but the upkeep of the room was so bad that I had to check first. I was very dissatisfied.

This is the worst place we have ever stayed. We actually ended up just losing the money and going somewhere else in the middle of the night. When we got off the elevator all we could smell was weed and the smell was very strong. When we got in our room it was dirty and there was dead roaches in the bathroom. The chair was covered in some unknown dried white substance. The final straw was waking up at 2am feeling like something was biting me. I was already sleeping on top of the blanket and my arm was covered in small bites. We just got up and left. I should of read the reviews before staying at this place. Not to forget that the carpets in the hallway are filthy and covered in stained.

One of the worst bookings I’ve ever made. Room/entire place smells like mold. Pictures online do not represent the property. Needs a complete renovation. Peeling enamel in tub/shower, furniture in bad shape, whole place felt dirty. We slept in our clothes. Arrived too late to leave/find different accommodations. We were on a college visit drive break/ stopover between Tampa and SC. Health Dept should check on mold in rooms on first floor!

I made a one night stay at this hotel and shady activity might be a possibility. I received horrible service from the front desk and was placed in a room next to 5 neighbors in one room who were extremely loud and when I went to walk my guest to their vehicle they conveniently left at the same time and followed me and my guest attempting to create conversation as I walked my guest out to their car. When I asked the representative at the front desk if this behavior was tolerated he attempted to tell me he couldn’t understand me and doesn’t speak English.
