Everything good!

Hotel is great very close to everything, stores, Restaurants, Markets and Bars

Service was outstanding, food was very good, our jr suite was clean and it had everything we needed. I like everything except the lack of common sense of some staff who requested the use of the muzzle on pool and beach areas.

el horario de la alberca es muy limitado por la noche, hubo mucha gente en tiempo de COVID había más del porcentaje de personas permitido, eso hizo que los espacios de sana distancia no se respetaran.

Was a very old the reception staff were not very helpful we arrived at 12 and he said we could have an early check-in all-inclusive we could get any drinks until 3 pm. This hotel is run by accountants because they check every single drink you have and give you a ticket whereas most all-inclusive Hotels are more relaxed and let you check-in and use the facilities immediately. Also didn’t have any restaurant with a view of the sea There are a lot better hotels in Acapulco for the same money or less

The facilities are nice and cared All the staff services from the bars al kindly

Near local areas, quick access to the beach and the resort.

The property is not concerned with the welfare of their guests. Restaurants, pool area and the hotel itself does very little to try and keep guests safely apart. Social distancing doesn’t exist here. People packed into the pool area with no face covering at all. Room was not worth what I paid. Went all inclusive and found that I was dissuaded from drinking anything but tap beer. Kids screaming all night. Drunk guests screaming at waiters demanding drinks. Food was decent and in the buffet area they did a good job at serving the people. Overall I give this place low marks for attempting to fill their hotel to capacity.

La pasamos super bien... las instalaciones muy bien en general, limpio y comodo y fuimos en plan All Inclusive y sinceramente me sorprendió lo bueno de la comida todo el tiempo !! En especial la comida del restaurant Italiano buenisima !! Definitivamente regresaremos !!
