Ashmore Inn and Suites

Big clean rooms. Safe area. Nice restaurants. Sheets and towels basic but clean. Price is a great value. Nice cable.

Room was fine. Passing through at the height of the pandemic, it was reassuring to see signs saying masks were mandatory but the cleaning people were wearing them under their chins and refused to put them on properly when I asked politely.

Needs upgrading, tv is small and not uptodar on todays streaming services..hot tub was closed in morning and 10 at night

My husbsnd and i, went to Lubbock, to get away and do some Christmas shopping. Everything was great! It was quiet, we were able to relax, and that is why we chose this hotel. Our daughter stays here all the time too... i higjly recommend The Ashmore

Great hotel, friendly staff! The building was clean you could smell the disinfectant everyday when you walked in. Unlike about of other hotels that use the Corona virus as an excuse not to clean they would take care of the rooms daily. The building is a little ran down as far as cosmetics and could use little updating. The 2nd room we got the bed was not as comfortable as the first and 3rd room was. Over all great hotel!

It was comfortable. But found Blood on the bed sheets from a previous stay.

The section we stayed at didn’t have an elevator and we had to carry all our bags and cooler up the stairs

Easy check in. Nice and helpful staff. Clean room. Hotel is quiet which I like. But the tv’s are very small. Hopefully next I stay here they can put a bigger one in for me...lol. This was my second time staying here in a couple of weeks I’ll be stay here again.

We loved this hotel! 2nd floor had a balcony that the kids enjoyed looking out. Keurig set up for coffee was a major plus! Staff was friendly. This was the cleanest hotel we have stayed at in a while. We plan on coming back!

The only thing I didn’t like was we stayed 3 nights Friday Saturday and Sunday and house keeping didn’t clean our room on Sunday other than that it was great.
