Wi-Fi in room did not work. The hall had cockroaches. The rooms aren’t clean unless request for cleaning. Elevators not working properly I had to push the open door button for the doors to open. Overall inside room was clean upon arrival.

Awful SCAM

We stayed here over the weekend in two rooms. The rooms were average. The toilet in one room wasn’t working and we informed the front desk and it was never fixed. The iron didn’t work on one room and worst of all they charged my credit card for nearly $300 for what the claim is a damaged sheet and mattress pad however this didn’t happen and they have zero proof of it happening. This hotel is a scam and a complete rip off. Do not stay here! I’ve disputed the charge and I hope thwy don’t get away with this with anyone else.

Check in was quick and easy. At first glance hotel is nice and friendly. Rooms are ok need TLC when it comes to cleaning I had 2 rooms in 1 had a old nasty sock under the little dest thing between the beds. The other had a old toothbrush paper that looked like it was caught in the mop and fell out. There was vests that were barley hanging on. Beds and pillows were soft. Easy to get in and out of hotel. The bar area has 1 person working and when they serve food it takes a while to order. It was worth the price. We had a good stay I would stay again.

I’ve had way better stays at hotels

Upon check in we were charged more than what was stated in our booking. The lobby, elevator, halls and bedroom reaked of marijuana which is hard to explain to your kid. Found a pair of dirty socks in bedroom and trash on bathroom floor. The Room looked updated but cleaning service did not do thorough job. Hotel was full and no parking. Since double tree is owned by Hilton, I was surprised that things were not better.

Breakfast Sucks

Breakfast was a pay breakfast which was fine..... but they had 6 options only!!! I can't do eggs so I had to pick 1 yogurt/ 1 granola bar/ 1 apple for $6...... that was a great snack but WHERE IS THE FOOD!!!!!!!!!!

Great Overnight Front Desk Staff!!

Overall, my stay was pretty good. I must say, the overnight front desk staff was the best!! They were attentive to our needs, even at 2:30 a.m. I would like to commend them on the quality customer service that they provided. Job well done!!

I enjoyed my stay at this Double Tree. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The shower curtain could’ve been a bit newer and I would have loved if the room had a microwave. A balcony would’ve been a plus, but overall I had a good experience.

Good enough

I requested early check in but room was not available. There were others as well wanting to check in early. The ceilings are low, maybe 7 feet. The shower head was low, too. My husband who is 6'1" had to stoop down to rinse his head. The pillows were not very comfortable but the bed itself was fine. The size of the room was good though.

Anniversary date night stay.

As soon as we pulled up there was so much trash overflowing out of trash can and the next morning at check out it was still there. Not enough parking we had to go eat lunch somewhere else so that we could get parking on the property.
