Staffing so rude...

It was horrible i went for my birthday and asked before i booked the 2 rooms if the hot tub was ipen and working it was not thats the only reason i got 2 rooms and paid almost 300 dollars

Food area, Pool area, and Bar area were all very very well maintained. Excellent experience! Room had multiple things wrong.

The couches in the rooms were disgusting they were stained so bad we wouldn’t even touch it. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling in, the ceiling in the room was covered in stains and cracks. I had two rooms booked and the other room had a huge hole in the wall with the same stained up couch. The king size bed was wore down and had a big dent in the middle. The towels were stained as well.We was offered free breakfast the first day and the next we was told we had to pay. The hotel had an animal smell as soon as you walk in. The windows didn’t have a screen and we was on the third floor.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke. We were moved to a room that was dirty and the ac barely worked. It was so hot in the room. Breakfast was a dissaster. They said we were not on the list for breakfast. My booking on Hotels.com read included breakfast for 3. Worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The place is dirty and the rooms smell horrible. Never again with Sure Stay.

Towels were stained there was dust and other stuff left behind from prior guests. I move the chair and lamp to find a bunch of the things I mentioned.

Clean, no odd smells. Beautiful pool area. Lots of aitting room and lounges in the lobby area. Comfortable bed.

The totall of my hotel was supposed to be 91.03 i wasnt told that the hotel would take 250.00 off my credit card for a deposit i think you need to tell people that before they book with you guys

Hotel is dirty. Stains on the walls. Stains on the sheets, what look like blood stains. Floors and counter surfaces sticky. Bath tub does not drain, water up to my ankles after a 5 minute shower. Air conditioner extremely loud and sounded like something was loose in the unit, fan sounds like it is going to spin loose, imagine waking up 5 times a night to this deafening noise. The entry way to the lobby is littered with cigarette butts and a handful of people smoking in front of the door at all hours. Worst part was the lack on internet for a 5 night stay. Day 1 front desk said storm came through and it would be fixed tomorrow. Day 2 front desk said, “I don’t know, ask the day manager.” Day 3, day manager said ATT would be there tomorrow. Day 4 front desk said it would be fixed tomorrow. Day 5, day manager unapologetic for a lack of service. Unwilling to give discount because lack of internet was “an act of god”. The situation was most frustrating because WiFi internet worked in the hotel hallway and lobby just not in the room. Front desk was unwilling to admit this and unwilling to acknowledge the inconvenience of no WiFi internet in the rooms. Acknowledging the issue and offering an apology would have been sufficient but denying the issue was beyond frustrating.
