Four Points by Sheraton Charleston

The front desk was so nice and accommodating

Updated room was very clean and comfortable. Walls are thin and you can hear people in the room next to you. Hotel staff are very professional and service is prompt. COVID restrictions closed the on-site restaurant, so there’s no takeout or room service. Restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel did provide a basic grab and go breakfast: apples, yogurt, milk, juice, cereal and muffins.

Stay was very nice, room was clean and in order, although we had an ironing board there was no iron.

Room was dirty, throw up on bed skirt. Switched to another room. Second room was OK still had dirt on the walls and stains in the bathroom.

Clean. Organized. Quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. The best hotel stay we've had all year!

Great room with great view of the river and cliffs across the river. The hotel has a very well equipped fitness center. I would stay here again

I am on a long distance road trip, moving across the country. My friend and I made good time and I decided I would like to try and find a nicer hotel to stay at since we would be getting in around 7 or 8 pm and could spend some time relaxing and have a good night. Well, I was completely off with picking the Four Points Sheraton. I walked in to the lobby at 8 pm which looked desolate. The bar was closed. Pool was closed. Restaurant closing shorty. Basically there would be ZERO amenities to enjoy while we stay here. On top of that, they had nowhere to accommodate parking for my u-haul truck and I am parking on the street at a meter which I have to wake up by 8 am to put money on so I don’t get a ticket. I called the front desk to see if there is anything they would do or maybe give them a chance to make my stay any better and they made literally zero effort. This was a COMPLETE waste of money. I really wish I would’ve just chosen a cheaper place because you would have the same amount of amenities and room quality. AND we were able to park easily at a Sleep In the night prior. What a disaster. I will literally make every effort possible to never return to Charleston, WV especially the Four Points. I am beyond disappointed and just think this whole place is sad and pathetic. I hope no one ever makes the mistake of booking a room at this awful establishment.

Was excited to stay at a Sheraton on the river and enjoy an evening checking out Charleston. The evening was fun, the stay mediocre at best. It was fine, but I will find a different place to stay next trip.
