We loved the hotel. Nice and clean.

Very our, Party in room next door. Called front desk 3 times before there was a response. Cleaning staff only out in masks after they saw me. Person serving free breakfast also had mask resting on chin until they saw me with my mask fully on. Mini fridge in room still had food in it from past occupant. Food on arm chair in room. Not a great experience.

No batteries in the remote. Had to go down to the desk to get new ones after suggesting they get some from an empty room as the manager had locked the supply up! Radio was filthy, as was under the counter. The rest felt clean but we disinfected.

Our stay was very nice, the rooms were very clean, the Hotel staff was very easy to work with and very helpful.

Got into town early and they were nice enough to let us check in early. It was kinda downhill from there. The room was filled with aunts and when we pulled the sheets down on the bed the sheets were dirty! There wasn’t even a mattress cover on the bed, it was just a thin sheet. The pictures online made it look like it was really nice and in a nice part of town. WRONG! When I looked out the windows I saw homeless camps and people standing out begging for money. I honestly didn’t feel safe. Very disappointed.

Nice place to stay

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The whole place was dirty with stained carpet throughout. Our room had big red (possibly blood) stains among other stains. The bed was scary to sleep in because we didn’t know if had been washed. Definitely not Covid-19 sanitary.

good location for civic center and only 10 blocks from downtown, I walked it all. New remodeled room had extra window thickness that blocked all sound - very nice! I'm not sure why they close the fitness center when there is only room for a few people anyway - just allow 1 at a time, Covid makes a lot of places do stupid things for some reason. Breakfast was quite good considering. Parking was free and easy.

Nice, quick stop over. Shower had hair on the walls. Nice touch with the coffee maker, microwave but no lighting over that area to really see good. No shower ventilation. Looked like smoke detector was covered with plastic bag, would not serve a purpose. Would stay again though.
