Ramada Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Las Cruces

It was great.

We were given a handicapped room, though we have no handicapped issues!! ... very aged appearance! The Hotel itself is an older property, quite a lovely concept, lots of greenery, the feeling is that of a large Hacienda! No complaint regarding the price of the room, perhaps we got what we paid for. I had stayed at the same Ramada Inn in Las Cruces in the fall of 2019... the room was much, much nicer and because of that experience we booked our two night stay again at this Hotel! Towels are more grey than white... just a very aged bathroom!

this is my second time staying and I really liked having the restaurant onsite given the pandemic and having a choice of food delivered to the room on time. Excellent bed and good sized refrigerator . Very comfortable and good sized rooms.

Everyone was so helpful and kind.

After driving with the family for a whole day it was great to find a nice room that was clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, tje front desk clerk helped answering all my questions and even when i was looking for vending machines he helped me find them also.

the hotel needs some updating in the rooms. the bathroom needs a lot of work (shower, sink, toilet), the furniture is out dated, along with the placement of the furniture.

Comfortable clean and quiet will stay there again

Stayed here one night. The hotel the was clean and comfortable. My room had a kitchenette: stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. I didn’t have a use for it but would definitely stay here again with my family. Very clean and comfortable.

During Covid, I called ahead to check if the indoor pool was open and was told it was. When we got there, it was not; however, they discounted my pet fee in compensation. The room was nice. It had both an interior and exterior door, and was nicely landscaped outside.

Check was easy the lady was very friendly and informative
