MGM Grand Hotel & Casino

Second trip in the last three months. Last time was October and they seem to be care a lot more about the pandemic than this last trip. This weekend one night Saturday night pretty much if you don’t mind the smell of pot smoke throughout the Corridors you’ll be fine. At least 12 to 15 people per elevator most without masks if they’re under 30 years old. Had to wait a few times to get a clear elevator. Parking was good because nobody’s going to Vegas and there were hundreds of empty parking spaces in the structure for free of course. Most people were wearing masks throughout the casino but if you’re sitting there smoking a cigarette or drinking a beverage you don’t have to wear a mask.

We actually booked this hotel literally same day we were planning on staying we booked at another hotel lasted 6 hours and fled the other hotel and stayed at mgm very comfortable and clean room bonus was the complementary mask and hand sanitizer they leave in your room cant wait to stay here again hopfully more things will be open

Comfortable, cozzy, and warm. Home away from home. Rooms can use upgrade including bathroom and funiture.

Hair and dust all over my room, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, sheets was never changed. Just horrible

It seemed as though they were offering great deals, but after tacking on resort taxes and fees, the room ended up being triple the price that was advertised. The MGM is still a nice hotel with all the shopping and gambling your heart could desire, but a lot of dining options and attractions were closed. The most unappealing part was our bathroom sinks were completely clogged. They sent an engineer to look at it but he said he couldn’t fix it for a couple days so we just had to deal with it.

Had an amazing stay, hotel and casinos were not packed at all

This was our first time staying at the MGM, we were looking forward to it as it’s one of the iconic hotels on the strip. I have to say this was one of our most disappointing stays. The room we booked was dirty when we walked in, the sheets looked like foot prints were on it, and there were dirty towels thrown in the closet. We requested housekeeping and when we returned The towels were still in the closet. The shower did not drain properly. I called the front desk and requested a room change, none were available at what we paid so I had to pay for an upgrade. The new room was clean, however the shower did not drain yet again. Disgusting. Parking is not that convenient be prepared to haul your luggage for what seems like forever.

Great lobby, brightly lit and spacious! Awesome checkin experience, felt welcome! Awesome view from our room! Lots of food choices, great location right in the middle of the strip! Everything is within walking distance.
