Staff , location , breakfast, every aspect of this hotel was excellent

Excellent, helpful and friendly staff; a clean and spacious room and wonderful location. The spa service was also top-notch.

Loved the pool area, the big baths in the room and size of room.

uHotel probably has the best breakfast buffet in Ljubljana. The room was cleaned in a very timely manner, usually by the time I was back from breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. The gym facility leaves something to be desired, it is very basic. Two treadmills, some dumbbells and medicine balls. The other equipment is a bit random or not in good working condition.

Nice hotel, very close to old town and Christmas Markets. Parking was very convenient. Breakfast Buffet was very nice

Great location-walking distance to every tourist highlights in town .great breakfast !! Parking is on the high side€20/day ! All the staffs are friendly and helpful, except the manager at the lobby cafe/restaurant ,rude and racist -we were try to do a dinner booking,was turned away bluntly and rude ! Later a friendly waiter who witnessed the situation actually apologized to us on behalf of his rude boss for his hostility .

Hotel was decent. Good facilities. Location was great. My room was very hot and no option to reduce temperature, after speaking to the staff, other than opening the window - which is not ideal in a city centre location due to noise.

Great location in Ljubljana City center. The hotel could use some updates in terms of furniture, etc. The staff is great, good breakfast.

The reception staff were really helpful when it came to ordering a shuttle to the airport. They couldn't book it online so they called the driver who came to pick me up on time. I really liked the breakfast which was probably the best breakfast I've had in a 4 star hotel. It was definitely better than a lot of five star hotels that I have stayed. The location is very central and close to many restaurants as well as a big supermarket. The only thing that could improve the experience is a complimentary bottle of water in the room.
