The female staff was very kind and pleasant. I would come back if I visit once again.

Lovely staff but the lift wasn’t working and we were struggling to get upstairs with the altitude sickness. room very comfortable close to the town

The hotel is new and there is an elevator which can help a lot at high altitude. It is just a few minutes walk from the main square and shopping street. The hotel staff is nice and helpful.

Breakfast was great. They are really helpful. It's a new building. Fairly fast WiFi on all floors. I was allowed to keep my luggage here for more than 24 hours.

Hotel was lovely and was very clean, staff were very kind and was a good breakfast. The hotel seems very new.

We arrived in Puno very early in the morning and we were able to check in right away and freshen up before our all day tour. The staff was very accommodating and the location was very convenient.

We loved the privacy and the condition of our rooms. Our only complaint is that we were on the 6th floor and there was no hot (or warm) water and no pressure. It was fine since we were only there for a few days, but the shower situation was not good. Otherwise the room was clean, warm, and comfortable.

Situation permettant de visiter le centre à pied. Insonorisation faible, bruit de la rue et des chambres voisines. Petit déjeuner minimal, peu de choix.
