Hilton Garden Inn Wausau

We were there for skiing and had a blast. The hotel was very clean...the staff were all so helpful and welcoming. Grace was amazing at the bar very sweet and remembered us from the night before...fun to talk too.

Beautiful property and the staff provided excellent service! Loved the lobby, very relaxing on the sofa’s by the fireplace. Nice sized rooms.

Our room was so loud that it was hard to sleep from all the traffic as well as people coming in and out of the service door. With paying for a premium room, the cost does not add up.

2 night stay, Staff was great, room on arrival was great however, housekeeping did not make up our room between nights so no clean towels and such. Too bad as the staff up front and at the bar were outstanding.

We did not see that the pol was closed. Not sure if that was a city decision or chain decision. Through hotels.com I did not see that it was closed. It was on your main website. Live and learn. There were only 3 bath towels in the room. Had to ask for more with 4 people in the room. There was a blood stain on a pillow case liner. We just didn't use that pillow. The feather pillow was great. Wish there were more of them. We also had way more garbage than one of those little cans holds. Especially when people don't have as many options to dine out, we had a lot of food garbage. Otherwise very clean and friendly service.

COVID clean. Everything was spotless and being meticulously cleaned. Staff was friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay again

Don’t like paying extra for an upgrade internet service. I travel for business and good internet access isn’t important. For what the room cost, should not have charged extra for better service.
