Holiday Inn Express San Diego Downtown

The staff was super friendly and I had to have someone from the cleaning staff help zip up my formal gown for a wedding I had to attend . I wish I would’ve gotten her name because she saved the entire evening.

Anette, the reception lady does’nt know how to give good service to their customers. She should not work as front desk receptionist. She don’t smile & greet, doesn't acknowledge the presence of the customers who comes in & out in the lobby & not helpful to the needs of the customers . Good there was a lady who approached us. Her named is Sam. Sam is very cheerful & helpful . She is fantastic. She goes an extra mile to help us in our needs. Breakfast is very good. Rooms were clean & nice.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They always greeted us as we came and left the hotel. The hotel served a wonderful breakfast every morning. The shuttle service was also a plus and the drivers were great.

This place was perfect for my daughter and I to explore the sights of San Diego. The pool was warm and clean, the breakfast was great and the happy hour was a fantastic surprise!

Service was ok. Breakfast was included but horrible. Lukewarm and literally no coffee... the entire time we ate we waited for someone to refill it and they never did. Bathroom was literally smaller than a cruise ship. Room was clean but as a whole this was not worth’s the price. Luckily (but also unfortunately) I used my free night for it🙁
