Hampton Inn - Cedar Rapids

The view from this room was a wall. The hotel was not full at all. When we got to our room there was a printed tape that crossed from the trim of the door to the door explaining their premier cleaning during COVID. Once we got inside, we found hair on the edge of the tub and a used bar of soap in the shower. In addition, it looked like the toilet had not been cleaned. It was disappointing to say the least!

Location was not great (I wasn't familiar with the area and didn't know). Check in was fine but our room and bathroom seemed small. Place was a bit run down in my opinion but sufficient for our road trip needs.

The staff was excellent and friendly

Very clean and confortable, close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay again!

Most everything was great about this hotel. The only drawback was that the rooms are pretty small and cramped for a family of 3. Otherwise, everything was great!

Hotel was accommodating to our travel needs.....early check-in was available. Friendly staff....no pool tho due to Covid ? No ice machine on second floor ?

cleanliness seemed very good. didn't care a whole lot for the bag breakfast replacement for breakfast, but there's a good restaurant close by.

The hotel was nice. They had a great staff. The only problem I encountered both stays was the air conditioning was a little hard to control. It was either too cold or too stuffy.
