Days Inn by Wyndham St. Augustine West

My daughter and I stayed here while visiting Saint Augustine it. The hotel is clean uncomfortable we had a refrigerator and a microwave The refrigerator was helpful because we needed milk for the kids that helped there were A lot of food choices in the area and an IHOP right at the hotel for breakfast in the morning.

Really nice! It was apparent that the hotel had been refurbished and it looked and get great. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. We would stay again!

Place feels very unsafe. Room smelled absolutely horrible. I had to run to the store to get a few bottle of disinfectant and air fresheners. Had to leave window open for hours. Not a place you want the window open, no screen. I’m never a fan of having my hotel room door outside for anyone to walk by. But St. Augustine is very expensive and these type of motels are all we could afford. Beds were not great, entire room was filthy. Definitely needs renovation or servpro them people who clean homes after a flood or fire.

For a short overnight stay this hotel was great! The price matched the accommodations and the room was very comfortable. The only issue we had was that one of the beds had some issues with the frame and it made a lot of noise when you moved while sleeping. Other than that our one night stay was great and I was able to use the facilities provided as needed.

We waited for almost an hour for the front desk to check us in. He appeared to had been sleeping. My husband had to bang on the glass door after several attempts of calling the property. When this employee finally came up to the front, he appeared very irritated.

Fantastic hotel, very economical and very clean. Pleasant staff and a wonderful stay! No problems at all, it was a great hotel and quick drive to downtown Saint Augustine. I would definitely stay here again! Wonderful.

Great stay friendly service

The desk clerk was nowhere to be found. Showed up about 15 minutes after we were there. My room smells like cigarette smoke so bad we probably have COPD now. But they were late reservations. So I guess we're lucky we got the room at a good price to start with.
