Good

Hotel Was Gated In , needed Gate Code to Exit , Free Parking , It Wasnt the Best , Wasnt the Worst. Rooms Very Small, but It’s More for an Overnight stay then a Weekend. Great View of Airplane, Airport A Block or 2 Over . Wasnt Noisy At All , I Would Stay Again .

Holiday Inn Express

The service there was great (FRONT DESK), also breakfast was great the lady’s working in the kitchen was very nice and polite 😊 it’s HOUSEKEEPING that was terrible we had no clean towels, wash clothes, had to change out our own trash bag no clean sheets,out of tissue 😩😳 just HORRIBLE‼️

Stay was good, room needs maintenance.

The closet door was off the track. There were corner guards coming off the wall. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Holiday inn express after Renovation and new look is very comfortable to sleep here I love it and we always keep it in our travel list to stay

One hell of a night!!

First room didn’t have heat and it was freezing outside. Then she moved us to a room that was conjoined to another room and the t.v. was in an odd position. It was difficult to watch tv and the sheets were not the neatest.

I checked my daughter and granddaughter into this hotel to fly back to Quincy. The guy at the front desk was awesome of course when we first got there our keys wouldn’t work the door had to be reprogrammed. I guess then the air conditioner didn’t work but they came up and fix that as well. I would use this holiday in express again and again and again to fly out of Atlanta. Very easy to get to in and out. Left my daughters there and they rode the shuttle over to the airportThe next morning. Thank you for your hospitality

Poor customer service

The customer service (front desk lady ) terrible. I arrived at the airport at 11pm unfortunately my face mask ripped on my way to the room. I went out of the hotel to buy some water and some other supplies came back to the hotel at 12am. Everything was closed . Usually hotels offer the free mask so I came in to buy a bottle of water and boy the front desk lady said ‘where is you mask’’ I said i don’t have one and everything is closed “ well you can’t be in here without a mask . I asked do you have one she said no so what do I supposed to do I need to buy water she would not sell me the bottle of water because of the mask. Finally my mom ended up finding one. Holiday inn as big of corporation and doesn’t offer a face mask is beyond ridiculous! I will take my money someone where else. Next day tried to check out lady just point out where to put the key not good morning how can I help you. Nothing heck with this hotel.

The toilet ran and the staff asked if I could endure the noise. They switched my room. There wasn't shower gel in the bathroom the heater did not adjust there was trash under the the heater. Hair under the trash can. This was in the new room.
