Not very amazing at all. Not the hotel it used to be. The place extremely noisy. Pool was noisy and crowed until midnight. There is no room service. the breakfast was not existent or burned and dried out breakfast biscuit sandwiches. The ice machines were winterizes. March 12-16 even though it was 80 degrees outside. I will take my business back across the street to Barons Creek in the future.

Great!!

From the moment I walked in the doors the service was exceptional, I loved the option of purchasing adult beverages. My husband loved the soft drinks available for guests. The room was clean and comfy, no complaints. Loved the pool area and the fire pit, it’s a great place for family time. We will book this place every time we come to Fredericksburg!!

Our room was ready to check in three hours late.

With check in at 3 PM I was excited since traveling with a special needs child and we would have time to sit and relax before heading out around the town. Unfortunately our room was not ready until 6 o’clock and we had to figure out what to do until that time. It took us two phone calls to finally get our room figured out With the front desk and my little girl was exhausted. Our friends that stayed with us had a toilet that backed up so they had to change rooms at 9pm.

Try the best western up the road.

Terrible. When we arrived, the room was a mess. It hadn’t been cleaned OR touched since the last visitors. The problem is that the office staff had called us and told us the room was ready..... so we changed our day around. We couldn’t occupy the room until after 5pm. The staff was nonchalant about it all, making it worse. The picture below is of the room when we tried to occupy at 3pm (after we had requested an early check in.)

Great place!

Property was beautiful! Heated pool & hot tub were fantastic, even though it was cold outside (HUGE PLUS!). The room was clean & quite nice. Girls at front desk were ok but not overly friendly or very professional. Breakfast was good, however, no water available. I asked the person working in the kitchen & she said they didn’t have any, so I asked if I could grab a cup & get some from faucet, which I did. Decent choices for continental breakfast. No juice available....should have orange & apple, at minimum, as many people of lactose intolerances and need water or juice. Convenience to main strip for shopping/restaurants very convenient. Other than the small breakfast inconvenience, our stay was very pleasant & we will absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The hotel is located in a great spot, the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Will stay here again for sure!

Pool/Hot Tub were not in service and were advertised as being open. The front desk did not have a change of sheets that fit our bed. They compensated us $20 a night
