Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

Very sketchy neighborhood. Guys huddled together outside entrance possible making drug deals. Hotel is not clean. Room was smelly. Walls had been patched for repairs but not painted. THIS PLACE NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS! Cannot recommend!

There is a lot of construction all around the hotel. If you follow Google maps you ended up in the middle of construction site. A lot of noise in the morning coming from the constructions. There was no breakfast served as promised.

When you arrive at night time it is difficult to know the hotel is open. There is construction surrounding the building with no lighting facing the current entrance. The ad said nothing about the reservation was for a 2nd floor room and that there was no elevator. The clerk refused to give us a 1st floor room without an increase in the rate. The hotel was perhaps 10% occupied and I have a disability. The room was clean, but quite spartan.

Covid...19..certainly makes it difficult to give rating..the econo lodge is older but we'll taken care of, the rooms were clean and comfortable..my only real disappointment was the breakfast, it lacked items to grab and run, like pastry.. and the apples were over ripe ,Staff was limited but friendly and helpful

Everything good and they were courteous and I got my deposit back

It was a good night stay but you can hear other doors open and shut but great customer service

The check in was simple and she was very friendly and helpful. Wish I would have gotten her name so I could tell her manager how awesome she was.... the guy the next morning was very rude and unhelpful. He acted as though my boyfriend and I were diseased or somethings. Would not give me creamer for my coffee in the morning. Breakfast was very disappointing. The bagel was hard and no cream cheese, drink other than coffee.... not sure if I would ever stay

actually stay this time trip got cut short but have stayed many times before and always have recieved excellent service

Why would you put a customer in a room that is not painted? Also bathroom had mold on the ceiling.

Pretty good friendly. Checkin was smooth they were rushing me out in the morning but other than that it was good
