Holiday Inn Express Williamsbrg Busch Gardens Area, an IHG Hotel

Stay was as best as could be considering COVID restrictions. Clean, updated, quiet very restful.

The facility was well kept and clean. On one be we could tell the sheets had not been changed as there were clearly spots on the sheet.

Great stay, clean and comfy room, very close to Busch Gardens, they have free bagged grab and go breakfast. Each bag contains juice, fruit, granola bar and a packaged pastry such as a muffin or danish.

Hotel was very clean and covid safety measures were in place. Staff were friendly and helpful.

the only thing i will say is that i did pay for the breakfast for the stay but do to covid they only have grab and go bags so i feel that fee needs to be taking off because you do not get the breakfast in the pictures

Sadly disappointed despite these good reviews... the room was incredible small to have 2 queen beds. Fridge was broken and they never came to look at it as promised, they brought us towels but never took out our trash cans, beds were uncomfortable, and I paid $6 a night extra for breakfast and we got a bag with a muffin and orange in it... not impressed and won’t stay here again.

When I checked in I was greeted with a big smile from Devine. So far I have encountered nothing but great customer service from the staff. Will be back in two weeks!!!😊

This is an excellent hotel. Less than 2 miles from Busch Gardens, super clean and exceptionally comfortable. Our room was quiet and we wanted to bring the mattress and pillows home with us. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We missed breakfast the morning we checked out and the desk clerk went into the back and made us a few grab and go bags with oranges, danish, bottled water and a snack bar to take with us. This is going to be our go-to hotel when we visit Williamsburg.
