Renaissance Waterford Oklahoma City Hotel

We had a really late check in and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Incredibly clean!

In the winter - heater did not work in room. Room not very clean and lacked maintenance - I brought my own alcohol to clean room and had to bring in my own heater that we happen to to have in car from our road trip.

Shower head was broke A/C in the room was broke Just all in all the place has gone way down hill

The parking lot was kinda sketchy at night with little light in spots. The bed we had was so worn out and uncomfortable the floor would have been a better choice. The elevator going up and down made noise we could hear from our room. The shower wasn’t cleanest.

Very nice room. But best of all my 17 y/o grandson loved the gym in the “basement”

we were there for a funeral did not spend alot of time there breakfast was good. recommended resturant for dinner ,italian , excellent. security was Great! had prob with connecting to lobby,kept hanging up ,sent someone right up to see if we were in danger.bad phone connection employees all very nice and helpful would stay there again ,

There was no stay. I booked for the 28th through the 31st. I arrived and the doors were locked due to a power outage. I tried calling before i went there and no one answered. You would have thought that someone from the hotel or hotels,com could have notified me prior to my stay plus what finer hotel doesn't have a back up generator? I wont be staying there ever.

there was no microwave to heat anything. the t.v. was off to the side of the bed. otherwise comfortable and quiet.

This is my go to spot when I come to OKC!! Love staying here, it’s like my second home!! Although they should definitely invest in microwaves in the rooms, it doesn’t stop me from booking a room here!! Best beds I’ve slept in in a hotel!!
