So many things are not ok

Place looks good but the room is missing details as tea and coffee machine and the usual things on the bathroom are not there. The breakfast is disappointing and not good. The water on the sink was salty and hot water takes so much to heat up. Overall, if you are looking for a room to sleep and get away on daylight then this hotel is okay but if you need service then you should select another property since they need to be improved...

Perfect location and clean . Stayed at the suite, air conditioner does not reach the second floor .

Very dirty hotel

The hotel is located in a residential area with dumping land next to it. Lots of stray dogs/cats. Our room was filthy. I had to ask reception to send the housekeeper to clean the light shades next to the bed that previous guests had used as ash trays. The room reeked of cigarette and bad body odour! The bathroom was so dirty and taps and sink had not been cleaned nor the shower glass. I felt physically sick. The batteries of the remote control to the aircon were drained. The hotel had no lift service nor Tea/coffee making facilities in the room, incorrectly advertised on hotels.com. The hotel is situated from the centre and on a steep hill. A taxi costs 25TL one way. The only positive thing to say is that the view from the hotel is stunning. Avoid if you treasure your health.

Highly Recommended

High attention to detail from this establishment. I can't fault them. Clean & comfortable rooms, lovely amenities and excellent service from all staff especially the lady at reception and of Umit in the restaurant A+++++++ (the view was AMAZINGLY too!!)

A nice and clean room with wonderful sea-view. The problem we faced there was that, the hotel room we reserved did not have hot water, so i didn’t have any other choice but to take a freezing cold shower in the middle of winter hopefully there was a hairdryer. i enjoyed my stay with my friend at Neopol Hotel.

It wasnt too bad to be honest, we stayed there one night, and it was ok for that price. The view was perfect, and night receptionist were so helpful.

Lovely Hotel with Awesome Views

What a beautiful view! This was also, by far, the most spacious hotel room we had in Turkey, and for a good price. Kusadasi is also a great little city, a fun Mediterranean getaway with lots to do and a lot of nearby (and in-city) history. There were a few hiccups, however -- this is clearly generally a well-appointed hotel with great services, but like so many places right now, the pandemic has things running not quite at 100%. Hotel services like the restaurant and pool are closing a little early, and are not quite full service at this time (the pool bar isn't open, for example, and the restaurant has a VERY limited selection available). The room, while clean and with lots of features, had a few flaws (floor not in perfect repair, slightly broken desk in sitting room, only one trash can in a very large place, for example). But, again, this is easily attributable to the current circumstances; I definitely had the impression that things are normally A-one. Bottom line: I'd definitely stay again, but a tiny bit more attention could be paid to maintenance at the moment (really, just a little). One more thing: it's up the hill a ways from the rest of town, so unless you're a walker (we are, so it was great for us), you'll need to take taxis to the rest of Kusadasi.

Our stay it was very bad because it’s not clean or good for the virus there is no very good clean and they clean every 2 or 3 days and very bad services

Perhaps becsuse of the winter...hot water took 10-15 to heat. Heaters in roo. Didnt work. The staff did bring a plug in unit which didnt work very well. Perhsps a better place for the summer....
