Staff was so nice. The beds were comfortable. Overall great stay

Furnishings were tired. Dishwasher did not clean well. Floor under couch dirty. Lamp didnt work. All clocks were set on wrong times. Pet area was full of 💩. Our suite sounded like it was in the middle of 95 south. Total rating would not be a high # from me.

The night time person checking us in was wonderful, the daytime person however was not every pleasant at all. She wasn’t even in uniform, she was in an over sized shirt that was falling off her shoulders and a cardigan that looked about the same size. Her whole attitude was rude. We were only staying one night, we were in town for my daughters birthday party, we checked in a little late and we’re gone before check out. I was very disappointed when we crawled into the bed and there were crumbs on our sheets, and candy wrappers next to the bed. I told the front desk about it at check out, but the girl was too busy having an attitude to care apparently. It’s a cool concept to a hotel, I don’t think it is a horrible hote. Maybe just doing some job training on hospitatity, and checking in after the maids go in.

Excellent staff. I had my entire crew stay at this hotel for our entire project duration and have Zero complaints. Anytime we are in this area we will be booking at this location.

Loved my stay and would love to visit again. But what hurt was my lack of response after being denied a second night and have to cancel my room that I already paid for through hotel.com. spoke with a representative and it's been just about four weeks now..

The property needs a good scrubbing, many of the exterior doors and walkways were black with either mold or black dirt that was caked in. The interior of the room was roomy, but upon entering I noticed that the table had not been wiped down and while there was a sticker across the door stating that the room had been sanitized, you could tell that it had only been wiped down with something that left residue on the surfaces. I understand that need to remove any flatware or cups but if you have a coffee maker and the all the fixings why not leave disposable coffee cups. I had to drive to the corner gas station to get a cup of coffee. It would be great if they invested in disposable cups for a morning cup of coffee. Overall, I would rate the hotel as average. The front desk person was very nice and helpful.

Amazing place, convenient inside and plus kitchen with all needed items))) I was filling myself like at home ))) Next time we’ll come again to the same our favorite hotel Sonesta:)

Don’t expect what you see in the photo. And neither breakfast or pool are available at this location. Staff does not clean your room or give you clean linens and towels unless you walk to office to ask for it.
