Things i like 👉Nice location,nice building,very clean rooms..close to Walmart and publix....Things i didn't like 👉The omelet cook is professionally sarcastic.The lady that worked 11-7 on the 31st told me we would not be able to get a late check out as hotels.com members that only hilton rewards members can get a late check out.👎

Everyone at the hotel was friendly & helpful. They offered free breakfast, which included cooked-to-order omelets & waffles. The breakfast crew was very accommodating & used masks & gloves when serving. Also offered free, was happy hour drinks & bagged chips/popcorn. The hotel is attached to a mall, so the area was quiet due to New Years weekend. We were very happy with our stay.

The most friendly staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. We were there for a funeral and they greeted us with empathy and extreme courtesy. I just love the staff!!! The only thing I would improve on was the window on the corner room was extremely dirty. The extent to which they went to ensure safety in these uncertain times was amazing! We loved you all!! Thank you for making a very sad and trying time less difficult than it could have been.

Room was nice and clean. TV remotes were sanitized. Cafeteria breakfast was not available as advertised at 6AM. They had bumped it 7AM without notice. We had to leave without breakfast in the morning for which we paid anyway in the room rate. We had asked for plain yogurt which was not available. Hotels.com, would you give us some consideration here? Thanks.

Hotel clean and safe as always. Ate dinner in restaurant. Food was delicious and in disposable containers etc. Breakfast was delicious and adjustments for safety work well. All staff were awesome as always.

All Covid precautions were taken at check-in and in the breakfast area. The room was sanitized and everyone we encountered wore masks.

Great time. Always good service in Brunswick!

Cook was a little slow the first day. Did not really want to be there it seemed. The other mornings breakfast service was much quicker.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, conveniently located in the mall and near shopping centers, spacious rooms and very clean!

Other than the maid, the staff was very friendly and provided quality service. The food was adequate. The location was ideal with respect to shopping and the beach. The hotel appears dated as evidenced by the counters and caulk in the bathroom.
