Comfort Inn Sandusky

The room had a thick mold smell and the bed was the least comfortable I’m ever experienced at a comfort inn.

It was a 3-4 minute walk to our room from the front desk, but the room was nice. Bed was pretty comfortable, everything was clean.

All was well except housekeeping stile a pillow and left a nasty note like my family and I stole it. Went to Front Desk to report it.

Was satisfied with the cleanliness, was not pleased having fights break out in late hours, 4 cop cruisers, police k9 barking like crazy, people screaming and yelling all out my window. Made a complaint about it at front desk, nothing was done about it !! Will never return to that place

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have liked the continental breakfast to be a little better but I understand because of covid things are different

The room was not what we had expected beds were small room smelled and there were too many people In the indoor pool area considering covid, let alone my kids could not swim because older teenagers were doing flips and diving In the pool. I asked to moves rooms but was told I would be charged an extra $130. Disappointed for sure! Thank you, Dawn Fleming

The check-in was quick and easy. The front desk agent was friendly. The hotel itself was clean. Our room was clean.

This was a nice hotel - breakfast was off due to Covid which was a bummer, but understood. Clean rooms, helpful, friendly staff. Pools were nice. The only negative was many of the ice machines didn't work.

Convenient to Cedar Point, restaurants and stores. Room was spacious and clean, included a refrigerator and microwave. Indoor and outdoor pools. Only uncomfortable thing was the beds are small for two people.
