Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments

Very relaxing stay after a stressful time. Room service Breakfast was delicious. Only downside was the water in the shower was just a trickle and i spoke with reception on Saturday about this and they said it would be fixed however it was not. Hard to get shampoo out of your hair!! All in all though very relaxing and excellent service.

Nice property with great safety rules against Covid-19. I will stay again.

It was heavy raining day. I waited more than 40min and i keep show my Expedia Confirmation number. But thet could not find because i paid by company card under my company name. If you could not find by the confirmation number why you have the number? Also when finished sauna and come back to room. The card access was not working at left. I have to asked one of roomservice staff to press the my floor. I called reception, and they said they will send me staff. But also i have to wait more than 15min with wet hair. The Pullman was most expensive hotel in Auckland. I visited few time especially i love spa and sauna. I really considering the join the membership with spa or accor membership. However this time i was so disappointed.

Always enjoy staying at The Pullman. Always great service. One issue this time: I had multiple cards that didn't let me into the residence entrance to The Pullman.

Upgrade was unexpected and well received. A nice gesture.

The gym was excellent, rooms spacious and the outside space is very enjoyable.

Next to the University. Auckland has a abundance of hills and this property is located on one that requires significant hiking if you are walking to restaurants, ect..

The hotel was good. The food and drinks in the bar were a little expensive. The hotel is at the top of a hill so if you are walking be prepared.

The room was comfortable and clean with a great view of the harbour. Bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. We would have liked to put some of our own items in the fridge but there was no room with all the drinks that could be purchased. Perhaps better to have a list of what is available to free up some space?
