Hotel Greystone - Adults Only

It was great! We got a free bottle of wine and 50 dollar credits on food and beverage. The staff was very friendly. Our puppy loved the property as well.

A perfect place to stay!

The staff is amazing! Very helpful and friendly! The food is delicious (small portions). Drinks nice and strong. The pool is fun with a great rotation of DJ’s and the rooms are clean, beds comfortable, and has everything you need. We were in town for a dental convention and it was an easy walk to the convention center and also to the beach. Great location to everything. I will definitely stay here again.

Sleep to the Beat

All accommodations were excellent. The bed was not too hard (which is a thing that I have issues with in some hotels), the room clean, the staff so friendly and helpful. The only thing I would just stress is the location. I had read on Google the noise factor and shrugged it. HAHAHA! Jokes on me, this place is literally steps from an open air nightclub that played music Friday until Sunday afternoon. Only turning the very loud music off between 3am-maybe 8am? If there is not music there is the very loud mufflers that zip by non-stop. If you are part of the night scene and don't anticipate being in your hotel much, this is the place for you. If you are there for a convention and might need to work, please consider a place not on a main street. CVS was next door and super easy to stop by. Beach one block and fantastic. Water in shower was not very hot and this is a mystery to me?!

Thank you for the amazing stay!!

I completely forgot to take more photos of the hotel but I had an amazing stay at Greystone. The staff was friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and worked efficiently. I really enjoyed the pianist and singer who put on a very entertaining show in the bar area. The next night they had live Jazz playing as guest ordered delicious drinks and socialized. The beach was in walking distance and the hotel supplied each guest with beach towels. Instead of parking on the street I decided to pay for valet parking that the hotel offered to guest which was helpful. I spent a nice amount of time on the rooftop baking in the sun and enjoyed the music softly playing in the background. My trip was very relaxing and I can’t wait to stay at Greystone again.

Hidden Gem

It is amazing! This hotel is a hidden gem. It is super close to the beach and so many great restaurants and coffee/juice places as well. The hotel is decorated so chic and the hotel room was even better! So clean and very modern. I will definitely be going back!

Great Stay!

Great stay!

I was so pleasantly surprised with this hotel! I’m from Miami and friendliness isn’t always the case but oh my the staff at Greystone was AMAZING! Special Shout out to Castro which went above and beyond ! He was fantastic! Really the whole staff was just so wonderful at making our stay top notch! Pool Was great, restaurant delicious , close proximity to anything u want and very convenient cvs next door . And the gym wasn’t on site but the one they provide access to was my favorite gym I’ve been to on vacation! Sooo wonderful Is stay again in a heart beat! God bless your staff !

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I could list everything wonderful about the rooms, hot tub, pool, breakfast, jazz bar, service, location, convenience, friendly staff, etc but that would quickly become a several page review. I’ll save you the time and say if you want all the positives of the Miami Beach experience without any of the negatives- stay here.
