Hotel Grand Victorian

I was shocked to see that the staff here are not required to wear masks. Over the course of my stay, there were five different people who worked the front desk - none of them wore masks! One employee serving breakfast wore a face shield, but no mask. Housekeeping was not masked either. Signs on the front door clearly say masks are required. Employees and guests just ignore this.

Very nice hotel. Will stay again. Every room has a balcony

Hotel was clean and quiet for the most part. The balcony was a nice touch. The indoor pool was cold, so we weren’t able to swim. The bathrooms could use a little updating.

I was disappointed in my rate was told one rate and charged eight dollars night more than I was told.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. Pleasant staff, clean, comfy. Just all around a nice stay.

Good: mid strip location next to outlet mall, across from Walmart and grocery with The Stampede just down the street. Good b'fast buffet. Confy bed. Friendly service and staff.

It was ok. Covid restrictions didn't help as breakfast was a get one's food in a plastic tray and take it to one's room and microwave it. We skipped that and walked to the Denny's next door for breakfast. Otherwise, it was all OK

Clean facility. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Very nice rooms.

We travel to Branson regularly but have never stayed at the Grand Victorian. What a pleasant surprise. Nice sized room with it own balcony. Great shower head and pressure. Staff was very friendly. Hot breakfast consisted of ham,sausage, potatoes and two type of eggs. Waiter put it into a styrofoam to go box. Other choices were fresh fruit, cereal and yogurt. Room was very quiet and bed comfortable. Only negative was the hot tub could have been warmer...but I still used it every day. Also the lobby and outside were decorated very nicely for Christmas.
