Amazing hotel, the staff very very friendly. The room was stunning (junior suite) and the location perfect for sightseeing. We received a welcome drink and breakfast was fabulous.

Great choice in a quieter area.

I had a four day stay in Venice and chose this hotel chiefly for its proximity to the Peggy Guggenheim gallery (it’s less than a five minute walk) as I wanted to be able to grab my bag after my timed ticket entry to the gallery before heading straight to the train station. I’m glad I chose it, the area was quieter than most other parts of Venice and felt really relaxed. The hotel was impeccably clean and very comfortable, and the service friendly and efficient. Should have really had the breakfasts too as there’s not a lot of options nearby otherwise. I will do next time!

Great location - one water bus stop to Piazza San Marco, Nice breakfast in beautiful dining room, my standard room was small but nicely furnished with a view of a neighboring garden. Very quiet hotel and area. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were given a room on the ground floor that was fitted out for disabled access (which we did not require) however the bathroom was falling to pieces. The hand rails were hanging off the walls, there were holes all over where previous rails had been fitted and the grout around the shower had started to turn black. When we asked to change rooms we were told that it was a junior suite, we’d booked a city room, and if we wanted to move this could only be done at 11 am the following day which would have resulted in us missing a tour. There was a folding seat in the shower that made it extremely small so using the shower was very difficult and resulted in us soaking the bathroom floor. The view out of the room was onto a yard that was full of bins, building materials and rubbish from the hotel. In the morning people were out there emptying bins and coming in and out of the hotel which was extremely disruptive with us being on the ground floor and meant we couldn’t open the curtains to let some light in. On the second night the air con, which had been very noisy, stopped working and there was a constant, loud clicking noise from the fuse box that was located in our room. Whenever we mentioned anything to the staff we were told that they were required by law to have disabled access rooms and that it was one of their junior suites. If this is one of their better rooms I would hate to see what their standard room was.

The staff is polite and friendly. Though the hotels look like just remodeled , my room is really small and had bad moldy smell from its drain system from the bathroom. I could not breath without opening the windows, knowing mosquito and bug will. Luckily we only stay there for 1 night. It is the worst room we every had in my whole life so far. There is also no activity around the hotel, If I am back to Venice again, I definitely would not go anywhere other then San Marco area.

Located in a quieter area but being relatively close to the bridge across the Grand Canal worked really well for getting to the places we wanted to visit.
