The Coo's Guest House

We had a fantastic stay at The Coo's Guest House. The rooms were spacious and warm, the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was generous (despite the Covid-19 complications) and delicious. Andrea and Federica are wonderful hosts, very warm, welcoming, generous with their time, advice and attention. We think we have found our 'Inverness spot' for our future visits.

Really good service and excellent breakfast

Staff were excellent and very welcoming. Room was ok. Shower was small and the drain was blocked. Bed was comfy but there was black hairs on the linen. Breakfast was alright but nothing great.

Nice clean place, with reasonable parking. Frederika was very helpful and cheerfully shared the best evening meal places and ideas. Will be happy to come again. Rooms and toilets clean and new

Our room was immaculately clean, and the guest house is an easy 10-minute walk from the train station in the town centre. A very good breakfast is included, with lots of options (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, Scottish yogurt, pastries, cereal, etc.) We'd definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The host was friendly and helped with anything we needed. The breakfast they served their guests was so delicious with a wide variety of choices. So rare to find this kind of service.

The breakfast was in many ways unique —- a splendid mixture of Italian flair and British tradition. Only criticism is that the room ( John o Groats) is a bit tight to be a twin room.

Clean cozy room. Great location to explore Inverness on foot. The women working there was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!
