Hampton Inn Brookhaven

It was extremely hot in the room I tried to get the AC down and it remained on 75 the entire time. It made it completely uncomfortable.

The beds are uncomfortable. The a/c barely kept the room comfortable. The girl behind the desk in the morning stayed on her phone and did not even offer the breakfast to go.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Very nice and clean.

Didn’t like the sliding bathroom door. Not enough water pressure in bathroom sink

Staff was very courteous, but our keys did not work the first try. The room was not very clean— someone else’s hair in the corners, ice cream in the freezer and toothpaste stuck to the sink. There were finger prints and smudges on the remote, faucets, knobs, etc. Not the higher cleaning standard I’d expect In these times.

Great location, next to factories. Not much to do in the area, but visit customers

Hotel was nice for the most part but shower curtain was kind of dirty. I booked a king size bed but was informed upon arrival that only double beds were available

The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Also the shower heads are not very good.
