Studio 6 Lubbock, TX

I stayed there about year and half ago. It was fairy decent then but now run down. Staff was friendly don’t think I’ll stay there next time I’m in town.

Good last minute stay. Overall satisfied.

The property is a good location but is in desperate need of some TLC. There were pictures missing from the walls no Kleenex in the room black bugs crawling in the cabinets in the kitchen mold on the shower curtain. The vanity falling apart in the bathroom.

Room was nice but bath room was not swept or mopped before arrival. Dirt and hair on floor along baseboards.

Place is a dump and reminds me of some of the apartment complex in the projects. Bird poop covering all the stair, and walk ways. Groups of people outside drinking, smoking, and listening to music. Room was dirty, cushions on the chairs completely torn up. I dont know if id give this place one star, not sure how it got three.

It was so nasty, bugs in the dishes, lights flickered off and on. Only 2 little chairs in the living room, towels were stained and nasty. Room smelled horrible. Took over 15 minutes to check in, they were outside smoking. Very loud music and drinking very late outsidr our room. Grounds were trashy, very unkept. Just overall gross

The photos on expedia were nothing like the hotel. We had to ask for a refund and go

Avoid it at all cost. Trash filled walkways. Older property and well kept.

Terrible, booked for the sake of kitchen but overall condition is well below expectation. Avoid stay, rooms have smell, was an old apartment building later hotel. Cleaning is very bad. Terrible condition, will not stay again.
