Great place in the middle of the city. You can safely walk everywhere. We loved the modern urban compact look of the place. Definitely would recommend.

Firstly the air con was not working and the whole room was full of mosquitos leaving me with over 20 bites. However very nice apartment and very central 5 mins walk from Duomo

The rooms are located in a nice, private building with a doorman. We had the worst experience and treatment upon arrival from the doorman! We were hauling all of our luggage into the lobby when the doorman came out and denied our entry and began rudely yelling at us to get out even though I was trying to explain to him that we were staying at easy homes. How is he not aware that people come and stay there?? Another man came and attempted to interpret for us, but the doorman rudely insisted that we keep off the property (we had to go back down the stairs and wait in the sidewalk until we were let in by the girl in charge of delivering our keys and giving us a tour of the rooms). She tried to explain to us that our treatment was due to security reasons, but there is no excuse for how were treated. Cons: The rooms were disappointingly dirty and looked like there hadn't been a thorough cleaning. There were crumbs on the floor, stains on the wall, stains on the sofas, sticky floors, and coffee mugs looked like they had only been rinsed. The bed and sofa-bed mattress were uncomfortable. The AC in one of the units barely felt like it was working and the drain in the shower wasn't working properly. The view from the units are to a parking structure across the street. Pros: Netflix (although poor connection at times), spacious bathroom and closets, free coffee, iron provided (most Italian hotels prohibit them), dishwasher, and washing machine.

Loved this apartment. It is beautiful & extremely clean. All New furnishings. It’s located centrally. Just a few blocks from Duomo & Galería. 👍

Great location. Slight issue with access as the “hotel” is set up in a private building.

Location is great near everything Check in was easy but help with luggage could be better arranged since there are steps before you get to elevator Air conditioner was broken in the living room so bedrooms were also not cool enough to have restful sleep. Overall apartment is brand new and fresh looking. We did contacted management regarding issue with temperature in the bedrooms but they could not do anything about it!!!

Mixed feelings for what could have been great

Great location, very friendly staff, rooms look new, shower is great. Only downside is the pillows are super uncomfortable and the bed sheets are very rough, maybe low quality. Would come back if these change.
