Candlewood Suites Cookeville

The room was great, the people were very nice. The only thing I was quoted $68,00 plus tax came to $ 81,00 but was billed $106.00 on my card.

All I can say is wonderful!! It’s been such a long time since we’ve found a good hotel at a reasonable price. You can tell the staff takes great pride in the cleanliness of this hotel. I saw the same lady my entire stay do nothing but mop and sanitize. Next time I’m in Cookeville I will for sure stay here. Quiet, close to lots of restaurants. I stayed at another Candlewood a few weeks back that was awful, so I was hesitant to stay here. So glad I took a chance and did. The rooms were clean, new and had an overall great feeling. Plus, a full kitchen is included!

Great stay. Staff very friendly. Room was very clean kitchenette was very nice. Enjoyed that hot chocolate was offered do not drink coffee. Bed were very comfortable

Perfect stay! I was tempted to book a second night and not leave. It was the only hotel I stayed in since covid 19 that had open facilities to work out and swim. I will be back!

We were very pleased and refreshed from our stay here. Pricilla who checked us in was very sweet and welcoming. We knew this place doesn't offer breakfast, but with covid, many hotels are still charging the same rate and not offering anything, so not having breakfast was fine for the price. The hotel is very new, maybe a year old. The security hold is only $25, and goes back. The rooms were very clean, the bedding and beds were super soft and comfortable. Felt safe. A suggestion would be security cameras should be installed over stairway exits. Only, negative is a minor one and I hate mentioning it because the hotel excels everywhere else, there was a black curly hair stuck in the fibers of one of our towels. Housekeeping and laundry needs to keep an eye on that even though it was clean.

Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful, modern decor. Front desk attendants were kind. Pool was nice and clean. No breakfast provided but hotel price was reflective of this. There are snacks and breakfast items available for purchase.

Stay was perfect except the room air unit would not switch over to cool, thus I left the window open.
