Great, except that no bottled water is provided. Also, there is no hair dryer or a lamp to read at night at the table next to bed.

Everything was ok, the property has everything you need for short or long term staying, in our case it was just one day however, when we were getting ready to take off we showered and found out that even we booked a double bedroom for 4 people there was only 2 towels, so when we asked for the other 2, they asked us to go to to the front desk for them, kind of Tricky when wet and 2 children running around to take care. Apart from that everything was awesome.

Great for the price!!!

It was great. The hotel was clean and the customer service was very helpful. You don't get the utensils for the kitchen but you can ask for them for free. And when you need things for your room, you can ask for them for free too. I didn't mind the housekeeping for one day a week. The refrigerator makes a sound for a little bit and then stops so you can sleep. The only thing I I didn't like was the bed, was a little hard. My partner loved it though. And we got lucky, there wasn't noise from other guests. Loved the air conditioner and warm, cold, hot water. I recommend to put a small towel on the floor to swipe it after taking a shower. A great choice for a longer stay in Queretaro.

One of the best options

It seems to be a brand new Hotel and everything is clean and new. The staff is super kind and friendly, rooms are very good and space is well distributed. All good nothing bad.
