Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel

Staying at the Sheraton was a horrible experience. Our first room was filthy, there was garbage on the floor, the comforter on the bed had stains on it and there was fingerprints all over the glass table tops. We asked to switch rooms, which they did after inspection. The second room at first glance was cleaner. However, when we decided to get ready for bed, we discovered black mold in the down comforters, and stains on the sheets. I told them that we wanted to leave and go to a different hotel. They said that would be no problem and they wouldn’t charge me for the room. They ended up charging my credit card for both nights that I was supposed to stay there. Not happy at all.

Felt very safe in the hotel during covid regarding cleanliness and attention from staff regarding safety procedures. They do charge $44 per night to park which seems very excessive for a smaller city.

Great stay during Covid times! While small things need an update, everything was clean and the staff was processional. The $44 parking fee was a bit of a surprise, though, and should be stated on Hotels.com.

Room had street view. There was an event in the downtown area making a lot of noise until 1130pm. The hotel did not say anything about that.

King size room was nice, it was in a corner, had no problems.

It’s so convenient to the circle. Views were good. They charge $44 for you to park your car for one day. There were some minor things like the ceiling in the hallway needing addressed & Starbucks wasn’t open in the hotel.

My sheets were dirty when I checked in. Asked fir housekeeping to change them the next AM. No one showed up. Then 2 days later I asked for housekeeping again bc I had no towels and they said no

Giant cockroach in our room, pool is basically on a roof with no decor or and in an environment that you would never want to spend anytime at. I know it is COVID-19 times, but nothing was opened in the hotel, you could not get anything to eat or drink and since everything in the city shuts down at 10 pm, they should offer at least a pop up shop to sell beverages and snacks. Still charging premium parking rates when everything is shut down.

Great location, comfortable beds. We will stay again.
