me and my husband always chose this hotel when we do a quick disney trip (1-2) max we love it here because its super close to the parks!! although its not fancy like other hotels it does the job. bed isnt terrible...room is clean (just outdated) and the price is really well!! they have a pool and mini golf if you just want to hangout and the bar there is fun so overall, ill be staying there anytime i can do one of my quick trips

This was our first time staying here. It was a very nice place. And the closeness to Disney was a great thing.

This place looks great in the pics on hotels.com but it’s a dump. The pics they show are not the room you get. It’s disgusting and their pics and description are highly misleading. Never again!!!

THIS PLACE NEEDS A MAJOR UPGRADE THE LOBBY ALONE MAKES YOU FEEL AWESOME AND SATISFIED UNTIL YOU GET TO YOUR ROOM

Clean. Large rooms. A little dated. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was there were no carts to get the bags up to/from the room. Maybe because of COVID? Would stay here again.

Everything was great. Disappointed that the on site restaurant wasn’t open.

The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful, And rather cold. The room allocated to us was in an annexed building, on the very far side of the ground premises, we had to drive through a very sad looking back alley to get there. When we finally accessed our room, it was small and smelled of mildew, only had 2 chairs, and very basic amenities. When I reported the mildew smell in the room to the front desk, I was told that they would ask housekeeping to spray the room and refused to move us to a healthier room. I would not recommend the buffet breakfast either.

First of all when I booked through Hotels.com it did not say that a 50.00 deposit was required or I never would of booked the room. They tell me this as I am checking in. Then I had to go up a flight of stairs when I have back problems. And the beds were squeaky and very uncomfortable. The sink and toilet were too low for me to bend. And the dresser smelled bad. The two chairs had stains on them. And the carpet had snags and burn holes. The tv was very small and the mini fridge was wobbly. I did not any sleep because I was in pain all night. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

They gave us the wrong room. When changed to another one, they gave us the same room again but on a different floor. My husband took a shower and mid shower noticed the water was turning brown. They only offered us to change rooms. It was super gross. We left a day early.
