Hotel Duval, Autograph Collection

Parking is not clearly marked. Valet isn’t available but you don’t know that until you ask inside: a sign outside would be helpful. The room is noisy—the hotel is located on a busy street. There was traffic all night long. Security had to come up to my floor to handle a domestic violence situation between very drunk guests. Bed was okay. It worked for one night, but I won’t be staying here again.

Although I'm a local, I chose to give myself a night away at the Duval as part of my birthday celebration. I was confident in the hotel's anti-COVID measures. Masks were required and the room and hotel were clean. It was an enjoyable stay.

Motel 6 would have been a better and cleaner stay

Overpriced and not commensurate with other Autograph collection hotels. Small bed and only 2 pillows for 2 adults. Poor service.

Room was in sub par condition, for the almost $200 dollars the room should have atleast been clean and everything in working condition. Unfortunately, it wasn't. There was trash under the nightstands , the mirror in the bathroom was chipped on the corner leaving a very sharp edge, the tracks that held the sliding glass doors to the bathroom were loose and the glass door appeared to unstable because of it, the tile shower was absolutely disgusting( it had tiles missing on the shower floor and mold and grime growing up through the shower floor tiles) btw, i'm a tile contractor so I can tell you now the shower was not built to code and had no pre slope under the pan liner, which is under the floor tiles. Needless to say I checked in at 3pm and was checking out no later than 6pm. I refused to even use the facilities due to the poor upkeep. On top of that the carpet needed a good cleaning, super sticky (could feel my shoes sticking as i walked on it. Well, not that its not obvious, but I will never be ripped off like that again, because I WIL NEVER STAY AT HOTEL DUVAL AGAIN, EVER. Nobody even asked how my stay was, why I was checking out after just checking in, and definitely wasn't concerned with making me a happy customer. side note: the housekeeping didn't even knock and I had the do not disturb sign on the door. i had been there 2 hours, how could I possibly need house keeping.....plus she just barged right on in the door. unbelievable establishment with poor customer service.

Great views. Went up to Level8 because of the outdoor seating. Drink was great, but the female bartenders did not seem to know or want to keep their masks on...which was very odd. Otherwise experience was great.

Rooftop bar, pool table, nice rooms

Room was falling apart! No water pressure, flickering lights, uncomfortable bed etc. Furthermore, Roof Top terrace was closed and there was no breakfast available. Very disappointing.

There is no hot water and the room is right next to an exit door Woke up very early Not a great experience Won’t be back So disappointed

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was really clean, comfortable and the decor was beautiful. I will definitely stay here again.
