Stay Away. Pay a few bucks more and get better.

First. I’d like to compliment the two men working the front desk: Carlos and another gentleman whose name I can’t recall. They we’re very professional and friendly. That’s all the good I can say. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures and I have no idea where all those good ratings came from. From walk in, the lobby is super dark and there is an old smell all through the hallways. The pool is closed and I didn’t learn that until I arrived. Breakfast is basic and to make matters worse they begin shutting down before the end time and run out very quickly. I asked the lady for a simple cup and was grilled on what I needs it for. They didn’t even offer coffee throughout the day. The rooms: the rooms are very dark. Not chic dark either. My room had a drip throughout the entire stay and it smelled like dirty rug. The rooms are a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The couch was a good touch, but it looked like it had never been steamed so I refused to sit on it. The service: non existent. Someone placed their over flowing garbage outside their door and it wasn’t retrieved for days (I had a 4 night stay). Until major improvements are made, I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Decent hotel for a good price

Pretty decent hotel, good price. Room was nice, I loved that it had a mini fridge AND a microwave! Only downside were the pillows, it was a king size bed and there were 4 little square pillows (not even standard size) they were more like small sofa cushions. Even the pillowcases had to be double wrapped around them. I'd never seen a hotel not have at least standard pillows. But overall good.

Service did not good ignore when walk in

Refused to give paperwork on check in.

Received an unexpected demand for a $100 deposit at check in. Did not received any sort of receipt or, indeed, any paperwork at all at check in. I asked again for a receipt for the deposit at check out only to be refused again. I'm on Social Security and every penny counts. Unsure when the deposit will be returned to me or even if it will. I have nothing to show that I even checked it there. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Odd Discomfort Stay

The amount of noise I heard from the person next to me as well as the loud toilet flushing I could hear above me that sounded like someone was flushing the toilet in my room was extremely loud throughout the night. I was on the 2nd floor at the window parking lot in which all I could hear was car door slams and starting of cars. I arrived on a thursday evening and stayed until saturday morning. I did have a do not disturb sign on my door, saturday morning at 8am I was taking my belongings to my car and housekeeping rudely asked me if I was leaving. Checkout was not until 11am so I did not like being pressured about leaving. The biggest light in the room did not work so I had to turn on every small lamp in the room to get decent light. The plugs on the lamps connection was lose so the charging of my device would not always work and there was no usb ports in this room at all.

Quick trip

Overall a good place to stay for a few days. Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Hotel Overall was clean, but can use to be updated a little bit, and can use some TLC. Staff was friendly and courteous. My only negative, was housekeeping bsnging on my door at 8am
