Embassy Suites Indianapolis North

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I travel quite a lot and this has to be one of the best stays I have had. Thank you!

We arrived Friday night there was a whole 3 tissues left in the box we asked housekeeping to get us more they never did the whole weekend. The room was like a sauna we tried to turn down the thermostat but even set at 60 degrees it still kept putting out hot air I finally had to turn off the thermostat and still it stayed hot. 40 TV channels in the room and over half were sports or news what about those off us trying to relax who don't want to watch either. Noise level was horrible irresponsible parents letting their undisciplined children run all over the hotel without supervision and without control yelling and screaming up and down the halls and playing in the very limited elevators. I called the front desk and complained because it was after 10 oclock at night they said they would take care of it and never did. They had only 3 elevators running out of the 4 they have. It took 30 minutes to get down stairs just to check out on Sunday morning. Management does not enforce their mask regulation I saw several adults and a bunch of children and teenagers running around without them and 3 kids got on the elevator with us without masks even though the elevator regs say no more than 1 family on the elevator at a time the hotel doesn't enforce any of its own rules regarding co-vid. In Short if you are looking for a nice quiet romantic get away this is not it, My wife and I will never go back again and will tell all of our family and friends not to waste their money on this hotel.

Great time. Location is excellent and everything was close and open. Room was excellent clean and very comfortable for couple we got 2 Queen Suite prefect for me when we get away I'll have 2 beds. Happy hour was nice for us got meal with are drinks nice time with my husband. Great 3 days always with My Boo husband. We'll be back.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Husband and I were looking for a quiet stay, unfortunately there were families that allowed kids/teens to run up and down the halls yelling and playing. The noise was ridiculous and hotel staff did nothing to stop it. Another guest stepped out and asked the kids to quiet down which resulted in an argument with the parents. There is construction in the atrium so that space is closed off to guests and elevators were very slow. Breakfast with Embassy is usually pretty impressive but standards have changed. Not as many choices and the quality was disappointing. It was not the stay we were hoping for.

My stays at Embassy Suites are almost always very positive. I have stayed at this location 4 times in the last 3 months as i bought a business in the area. The atrium area has been under construction for over a year. I rarely see anyone working there and the progress has remained unchanged for almost a month. I Have been told it won't be done until the end of March! Only 2 of the 4 elevators are operational and stairs are not an option (they exit outdoors). I have waited almost 10 minutes at times for an elevator! On our last visit the shower curtain rod was broken and they NEVER came to fix it after 3 days. I must say that Dominque is great - she should be running the place.

I was very unhappy with my stay here. We were placed next to a room with several small children who were there for a birthday party. They were screaming and jumping off of furniture until midnight. I went to the desk to request a room and change and all they would do was “send security” up to ask them to be quiet. No changes were made and our problem was never addressed. The customer service was terrible and I would not stay here again.

Hotel is dated, elevators are insanely slow, carpet in room was dirty and shower/tub had multiple areas covered in mildew/mold.

So glad I chose this hotel! Staff was very friendly, room was clean, roomy and very comfortable for my family! Breakfast was good, even had made to order omelets. Nice bar/lounge. We will be back!
