Renaissance Seattle Hotel

Bed was awful with creaks when I moved.

Great staff. Great Service! Well kept facilities, comfy beds. Amazing views.

Covid restrictions but close to downtown. Parking on site. Water only kinda hot. No cleaning services which I understand Covid. Empty hotel but they put another family next to me which was bizarre because now it’s loud but there’s plenty of rooms to provide privacy. Walls are thin. Not a bad spot but will try somewhere else next stay.

As was explained the hotel was working under the pressures of Covid. Reduce amenities and personnel. Hats off to the employees whom still have a job at this great place! As their restaurant is temporarily closed, one employee, Carolyn at the front desk , Saturday night went above and beyond! She helped me order delivered dinner from a good place, all with a smile. She’s what makes the place great!

Loved this hotel. The front desk staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part was the view of the city, which was absolutely gorgeous. I have zero complaints, and would definitely stay again.

It was a nice hotel and I appreciated the cost reduction for parking on weekends, but it was disappointing to not use the facilities in a 4-star hotel!

Beautiful property, great location! Staff never came to clean our room, but we only stayed 2 nights.
