Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel

Room and service fine. Rugs filthy. Noise all night by rowdy parents letting kids run free. Security had to intervene x 2. Good location

Only half a Shower door. No microwave in room. Lamps dirty. Front desk not attentive with picking up phone. Bathroom sink takes forever to drain. Loose toilet seat. Weak shower water pressure. Pool was closed due to a private event (we weren’t notified prior). Very loud people across from us. Talking loud in the hallway.

I loved every moment of being there besides the outside bugs lol but it was great my room I originally had, had some ac issues but they moved me to a different room which was a upgraded room and everything worked fine there and I’m definitely going back the pool was a little small and the hot tub motor died but honestly best time I’ve had in a long time and the building was clean and quiet enough to get much needed rest

My stay here was awesome . The front desk attendant was accommodating and VERY polite . I would stay here again

This hotel has potential. However, the first room my guest and I stayed in did not have a working toilet. The following room we were placed in had extremely dirty sheets and the front desk could only provide two blankets. The pool had COVID rules in which the hotel did not abide by. It stated for only 20 people to be in the pool area and there were over 40 people in there. When brought to the attention of the staff, nothing happened. Resulting in me & my guest never being able to get into the pool. I probably would never stay here but it has potential.
