There was construction going on. It was not noisy, but did throw us off track,

Had to brag on the hotel- we called the day prior requesting a refrigerator since our little one would be needing milk etc. They were more than willing to accommodate. We called ahead on the date of check in and they were able to also accommodate early check in which was so helpful since we had to set up the baby crib and all that’s goes with babies. We were able to return after our even fully set up and ready for bedtime. The hotel make it so easy for us. Can’t thank you enough! We will be staying here frequently, so we appreciate your hospitality! Stayed in a newly renovated room. Bed was sooo comfy, couch perfect for lounging. All the great plugs for usb too. Thanks again!

When checking in there was no one in front desk. Staff friendly. Big mess in lobby, is under remodelación. No amenities available to guest. There was no iron in room. Rooms were decently clean as compared to other hotel I have stayed. Halls to the room need some attention .

Comfy beds. Common area’s could use an upgrade

The first I got the ac wasn’t working and when I called they had no one to come fix and switched me rooms the only set the key for one night so then I had to go back to desk and had my key te keyed such inconvenience not being able to get to your room especially if they know I was staying for two nights

I only leave a review if I know it's worth noting for valid complaints. This location isn't up-dating their construction status. Nor is it being truthful about their Covid cleanliness status. If you stay for one night you likely won't notice..Staying there for a few days.. Housekeeping isn't following-up with rooms as they should especially with cleanliness for Covid standards. You'd think a room would get checked-on on a frequent basis as standard procedure. I had to check-in with them. No one fully cleaned the room till my final night and that's a week of staying there. Laundry - Front Desk and their notes on here.. Available. It's not. They're doing construction on that part of the hotel. I had to find out by an on-site construction worker. And it was / would be going on for a while. It does note shuttle service isn't available. However this is a snub from an Uber Driver who'd worked in the hotel industry.. And I agree.. Their excuse why their shuttle service is down is simply due to it's not functioning. You have a hotel a mile away and charging $79 to $109 per night as your average to higher than your competitors in the midst of companies going under.. You'd think you'd figure if construction and Covid is not working to your advantage.. Offer your clientele advantages where it would be enticing to stay there. Shuttle service especially with Airport in the frame is basic 101. Also you'll notice the fabulous gangster tag in their elevator.

Nice hotel but they charged an extra $20 on my credit card for no reason. Very disappointed on this fraud.

Everything was great in our room nice and tidy. Only one thing was missing in our room and that was just the ice bucket but other than that I have no complaints.

The service was ok they checked me in a room that wasn't even cleaned they said they had cleaned it

There was no microwave. The refrigerator didn’t work even after the maintenance man came. We had to ask for a second roll of tp. There was no breakfast. We had to pay for parking.
