Fiesta Americana - Merida

This is a very nice hotel with good friendly staff. The room was very clean. It had no hair blower but that was provided by notifying the front desk. I suspect a coffee pot would have been obtained in the same matter. There is a spacious underground parking garage that is free to guests with hotel validation. There is a BIG Walmart a block away. We’d stay in this hotel again.

Excellent stay, place is wonderful

Great location. Everything you need in one place. Comfortable beds . Free coffee if you ask the staff. Money exchange on premise . Very helpful too , they printed out documents for me . Delivered bottled water in a few minutes not hours like some places .

Beautiful hotel. Attentive service. Very clean. Convenient to restaurant, shops... Felt very safe to walk everywhere. Nice 30 minute walk to "el centro/catedral area :)

Have been staying here for years. Public spaces and dining has been upgraded in a nice way. Rooms are still the same--a good high standard, but might consider to start refreshing the bathrooms. Clean, great service, great location, very helpful team.

This hotel in Merida is great for location, comfort and high standard

This is a landmark hotel, the lobby is beautiful and very well maintained. We had breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and the service was exceptional. The only downfall was my room needs updating and they try to sell you a timeshare. Otherwise great place.

Staff was very curtesy and friendly. Room service was impeccable, food was hot and delicious. When I go to Mérida it will be the only hotel I will stay at from now on.
