Staff very helpful. Good covid19 proçedures. Central location , car parking undercover eith direct access to hotel. Choice of evening meals.limited. good breakfast.

The hotel was extremely clean, although some parts in the bathroom did look a little rough around the edges around the bath and the flooring, but cleanliness overall was extremely satisfactory throughout the hotel. Reception staff, leisure staff and restaurant staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. Service in the restaurant was great, however, our breakfast came without beans. When we complained, the service was great and the girl was extremely attentive and apologetic. Room service was extremely slow - I’d recommend letting customers know when they call down to give them a rough estimation of waiting times. I understand that during covid-19, staff are probably overwhelmed with room service orders, however, if people are aware of a waiting time then people will be less likely to be frustrated about the wait and more understanding. I was only given a reason when I called 30 minutes later to enquire about the slow service. Overall, we had an extremely pleasant stay and the staff were amazing. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Fantastic welcome and service, the staff were extremely helpful given the COVID situation. Spotlessly clean, our family really enjoyed the swimming pool. The centre of Glasgow is on your doorstep.

The toilet did not have a bath or any space which i think should be ideal when you are spending 79 pound for one night. The television didn’t have sky or apps only free view which was rather disappointing. And the overall comfort of the bed was underwhelming i wont be coming back or recommending to anyone

Booked in for a night as it was my 1 year anniversary with my boyfriend. Booked a queen room but as a surprise for me my boyfriend called ahead to see if there was anything they can do as a surprise for us and they upgraded us to a king deluxe room which was amazing. They weren’t able to give us wine/champagne unfortunately because of COVID restrictions but got cookies on arrival which we were more than happy with. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Chris especially who was the one able to get us the upgrade. Very happy with the pool being open again. Would definitely be visiting again

Fantastic room and hotel. Great service from Terri on Reception. Cookie on arrival is a treat! Nice pool. Lots of hand sanitiser throughout the hotel i.e: at main entrance, outside lifts, at restaurant entrance

We arrived late due to travelling 220 miles. The staff reception was absolutely brilliant, welcoming friendly and very helpful. Rooms were comfortable, great pillows choice, choice of tea or coffee in the room was very much appreciated. The bar area is very clean, again with all the staff being friendly and helpful, charming service. We didn’t manage to book breakfast as was fully booked, however understandable given the COVID times. Great PPE available throughout the hotel. The staff are a credit to the company/brand.
