The staff were polite, efficient and they had covid precautions in place!

Clean. Location. Place is uotodate and i will definitely come back. Safe and accessible

Even with covid restrictions, the staff should tour the floors to pick up trash left & plates / carry out containers left outside the rooms. If there is no cleaning service, this is a modest compromise...there’s no where to put this in the rooms (bins are very small). Rooms are beautiful & amenities are high end.

During this time of COVID, it is essential that travelers have a safe, responsive lodging . The Strathallan was that place. Headed by Ryan, front desk, and service people were top notch.

I like to consider myself in avid traveler. I have frequented the Strathallan several times over the past several years and overall I've had remarkable experiences. However, this past stay would constitute as the worst. I have pictures of stains, dirt, and wear on walls, appliances, furniture, and in corners. Compared to the rooms of my previous bookings, I'd consider this room to be decrepit. I would have complained vehemently and immediately however my party size exceeded the max limits per room and I did not want to draw attention. The facility overall is beautiful and I love the location and dining options when open. This said, I would have been less apt to leave a negative review and comment had the hotel been a budget hotel with budget prices, however, this is not a budget hotel and I certainly did not pay a budget price. I will likely not be rebooking again for some time. I am not sure if the conditions are due to COVID or "other reasons" but I was very disappointed.

Nice hotel but rooms very old

Beautiful hotel, nice bar, upscale room. Plenty of parking, great location.

Overall a very good stay. The hotel is solid and the restaurant was excellent.
