Days Inn by Wyndham Collinsville

Clean and well maintained property. Courteous and helpful staff.

Had a lil issue with the room, but the clerk quickly fixed it. Had a issue with the tv @ he came up in less that 5 minutes @ fixed that as well.

Didn't stay checked out !!! room was filthy. Showed me another room and it stunk like somebody had been smoking in it.

covid has everything meesed up no real food for breakfast, no pool,

Staff is great. Hotel was very clean.

Check in staff was not friendly or helpful. Towels had holes and the tile in the bathroom had mold.

Filthy. Found toenail on bed. Dirty bathroom upon check in. Smelled rancid in room. Dirt on floor. Food in refrigerator. Absolutely disgusting. I checked out 10 min later. Also absurd 100$ deposit for using debit card!!!! Obnoxious man at front desk. Very rude.

I like that the rooms had recently been remodeled. Yet the hallways on the 3rd floor is in need of new flooring badly. As you walked thru the hallway the carpet was lifted and had lumps in the carpet. The staff was very friendly.

The room wasn’t cleaned well!

well after the covid19 was going on the hotel decided not to clean any rooms. they also canceled any breakfast. the price of the room without the ammenities remained the same. I was there for fourteen days and got breakfast 3 days before they canceled it. the room not being cleaned for eleven days to me was unhealthy and unexceptable. I will be staying in collinsville in the fall for three months but will find other arrangements due to the dissapointing way they handled the situation. when asked if I could get a partial discount I was told that none of this was in their control and I would have to contact corprate if anything was to be done.I will not stay in a days inn anymore. phil
