Coast Lethbridge Hotel & Conference Centre

Check in was easy and fast, Staff was very polite and happy. COVID restrictions were implemented and done in a very easy way. Room was smaller then expected, but was cozy and warm. Restaurant attached was great at fitting us in last minute (didn't know we had to make reservations) & the food was amazing.

Very clean and safe. Very friendly staff. The room felt a little old and tired and in need of updating. Very dark room as had no view just a concrete wall and corner.

Beautiful hotel. The front desk was very friendly. Very good location.

Nice property with restaurant on the premises. We were in Lethbridge for a wedding and it was very convenient. Our room was right by the elevator- so some mechanical noise disrupted sleep. Other than that- comfortable room and bed. Would stay again and request a room at the end of the hall.

We had an excellent stay and we felt that they were catering to us during a Covid situation. Certainly were taking every precaution and sanitizing was a high priority!

Everything was fine service, food, atmosphere, etc but there was a weird smell in my room. It didn’t stink but it was just a weird smell. I told staff after my stay and they said they will look into it.

Nice older hotel though some things weren’t open due to Covid. Room was supposed to be a King deluxe but it was quite small with a small window. Updated and clean but the bed wasn’t that comfortable.

The location was great and easy to get to. The room we had was very large and had plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, good restaurant, easy access to parking, comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful. They need to pay attention to the pool. It was dirty.
